Our family has a kid with a Dec. 21 birthday, a kid with a Dec. 23 birthday, my man with a New Year's Eve birthday, and a brother with a Dec. 15 birthday. That makes for a lot of getting together, which we love. Sometimes it's tricky for the kids to find a time when their friends can celebrate with them. But other years, we have a built-in gathering for celebrations as we were all-together anyway.
